Planning for Continuing Professional Development by developing a Professional Development Plan allows for consideration of the many facets of the practice of psychiatry and how each element may be enhanced through Continuing Professional Development. Learning  activities may be planned with the aim of enhancing strengths, addressing issues, and to take advantage of opportunities for improvement in all aspects of practice.
